One of the sweet orange group, the Naval Orange has a round-domed shape that enjoys well drained soil. Able to survive in large pots, the tree has glossy dark green leaves with beautiful fragrant blossoms. Fruit is generally large, thick skinned, and sweet, that ripens during winter. Considered to be one of the best eating oranges. Will need the occasional fertilizing.
