Terms & Conditions - Logistics
Pick Up
- Pick up is available 7 days a week from 77 Rousset Rd, Wanneroo.
- Please note that due to staff numbers on weekends, there will be limited assistance available.
- Use a vehicle and suitable restraint equipment appropriate for the type of load you are carrying.
- A truck, ute or trailer is considered a suitable transport method.
- If trailer is caged – it must have swing gate access.
- The load must be positioned correctly prior to travel.
- Ensure that adequate restraint equipment is supplied to maintain the safe transport of your tree & road users.
- Trees will not be loaded into boots of vehicles due to employee safety concerns.
Delivery
- The Arborwest Tree Farm offers curb side delivery from Monday through to Friday.
- Upon request, our delivery team will place tree/s where required if access permits.
- Access suitability is determined by our delivery team based on the potential damage to property and /or injury to person.
- All due care will be taken by the Arborwest Tree Farm, however if the decision is made to proceed, the client is therefore then liable for any loss or damage to property that may occur.
- If the situation is not stated correctly and on arrival the delivery team deems it to be a difficult and unsafe location, the client will then be liable for any extra charges including re-delivery fees and the cost of an extra person to assist. With our experience in transporting trees, this is a good option.
- Trees are secured on our truck to prevent movement from damaging the root ball and covered to prevent leaf burn to the canopy.
