Native to the Norfolk Island the Norfolk Island pine is a very hardy pine able to withstand cold and salt spray. Large tree with a large root system, not suited for residential sized blocks. Has a conical shape and will always grow verticaly.

Prefers moist well drained soils. Grows well in coastal areas and seaside planting. Suited as streets trees & large public open spaces.
